UV Blocking Overcoat

Screen printable, modified polyester coating with UV blocking inhibitors. Designed for electronic circuit and component protection from exposure to UV radiation, oxidation, abrasion, moisture, and thermal shock. Cured film exhibits solid mechanical properties and outstanding adhesion to both Mylar and Melinex polyester films.

Applications: Applied via brushing, banding, dipping or through automatic dispensing equipment │ Meets requirements for MIL-I-46058C Type SR and has a fluorescent system for detection under UV light

UV Blocking Overcoat

Screen printable, modified vinyl coating with UV-blocking inhibitors. It was designed for electronic circuit and component protection from exposure to UV radiation, oxidation, abrasion, moisture, and thermal shock. Cured film has excellent mechanical properties and exhibits outstanding adhesion to both Mylar and Melinex polyester films. This coating offers protection against UV radiation in wavelengths from 280 to 420 nm.

Applications: Overcoating of flex circuits and EL lamp devices which will see outside exposure to daylight

Fluoropolymer Overcoat

Transparent, modified fluoropolymer coating used for electronic circuit and component protection. Cured, this material yields a chemically inert film which helps to prevent the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock.

Applications: Optimized for doctor blade applications

Fluoropolymer Overcoat

Transparent, modified fluoropolymer coating used for electronic circuit and component protection. Cured, this material yields a chemically inert film which helps to prevent the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock. This film exhibits outstanding moisture resistance and provides reliable electrical insulation.

Acrylic Insulator

Highly adherent modified acrylic coating used for electronic circuit and component protection. Cured, this product yields a chemically inert film which helps to prevent the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock. The material is toluene free and has a drying rate which is identical to our 3300 Insulator.

Applications: Applied via brushing, banding, dipping or through automatic dispensing equipment │ Meets requirements for MIL-I-46058C │ Available as a fluorescent system for detection under UV light │ Contains no toluene

Epoxy Insulator

Two-component, 100% solids, high temperature resistant, modified epoxy coating used for electronic circuit and component protection. Cured, this product yields a chemically inert film which helps to prevent the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock. The cured film can withstand brief exposures to high temperatures of up to 450°F.

Applications: Mixing ratio for this material is 1:1 by weight │ Material has a useful pot-life of 15-20 minutes

Epoxy Insulator

Single component, high temperature resistant, modified epoxy coating used for electronic circuit component protection. Cured, this product yields a chemically inert film which helps to prevent the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock.

Applications: Applied via screen printing or through automatic dispensing equipment

Optically Clear Epoxy

Two component, 100% solids, optically clear, modified epoxy coating used for electronic circuit and component protection. Cured, this product yields a chemically inert film which helps to prevent the effects of corrosion, moisture, oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock.

Applications: Mixing ratio for this material is 1:1 by weight or volume │ Material has a useful pot-life of 30-40 minutes │ Applications include potting of LED lights and optical sensors which require maximum light transmission and electronic assemblies where visual inspection is necessary
