PH-008 & PH-009

Phosphorescent Paint

PH-008 (green) & PH-009 (blue-green) are phosphorescent paint compositions designed for use in making high performance, long afterglow coatings. The cured film, which is free of hazardous and radioactive substances, has an afterglow which lasts up to eight hours. Optimal brightness and afterglow is obtained when PH-008 or PH-009 are used with Applied Technologies 3510 white undercoat.

Applications: Clock and watch dials │ Electronic instrument panels │ Light switches │ Exit signs

V-3180-N

Screen Print Vehicle

Screen print vehicle designed for use in making fired on ceramic and base metal inks, pastes, and coatings for various electronic applications. Specially formulated to produce inks with excellent suspension properties which will have long screen resonance times, good green strength, and a clean burn out in inert atmospheres. When properly blended with ceramic oxides, glass frits, and/or metallic powders, inks with print resolutions of 10 mil lines and spaces can be achieved.

Applications: Primarily used for copper, tungsten, and molybdenum conductor compositions which are typically fired in nitrogen or argon

V-3235

Screen Print Vehicle

Screen print vehicle designed for use in making fired on ceramic and noble metal inks, pastes, and coatings for various electronic applications. Specially formulated to make inks with excellent suspension properties which will have long screen resonance times, good green strength, and a clean burn out in air. When properly blended and milled with ceramic oxides, glass frits, and/or metallic powders, inks with print resolutions of 10 mil lines and spaces can be achieved.

Applications: Primarily used for silver conductor and ceramic dielectric compositions which are typically fired in air
